I've had a very nice experience with EZ Rent A Car. I rented a car with a quite reasonable price, however, I must say... that the prices are as high as in western european countries... Nevertheles, the Staff was very nice, polite and helpful, I will return to this company at other occasions as well.read more

Got my car end October 2022 at Targu Mures Airport. Standard Dacia Model. Freshly cleaned from within and without.... Staff (I think it was the manager) was polite, very good English, professional and competent. Western standard.During my stay I could extend the lease without much bureaucracy, which was very handy. There was always somebody responding to questions via phone or text message (mostly in minutes). Very safe feel.read more

My wife and I rented a car for 4 days, pick up and drop off at the airport (TGM). Service was very good and the cost... was very reasonable. The car we reserved was not available so they upgraded us at no cost. Super experience with the staff. Would recommend.read more

Had a good experience with EZ Rent a Car. Staff was friendly, prices much lower than other companies, price structure... and rental conditions thoroughly explained and no surprises/hidden charges. Drop off at the airport was very easy, with a company rep waiting for me in the parking lot and closing all the paperwork. The Dacia Logan that I rented was relatively new (2019 model with 37,000 km), clean and in good technical condition. The car is very basic with a small engine, but had all the essential features that I needed (AC, bluetooth, central lock with remote and power windows - front doors only) and was able to reach effortlessly the motorway speed limit (130 km/h) albeit after a very long time. As it is a small company, strongly suggest calling them to arrange for pickup and drop off, to avoid any surprises as reported by others. Would definitely recommend this company.read more

Stay away from this company. Booked a car about a month ago. They have sent an automated email saying someone will... contact me shortly. I didn’t hear from them since then. Called them a few days ago - a woman said a colleague of hers will call - of course I didn’t receive a call. Called them again today - same woman saying a colleague of hers will call shortly. You can guess…still waiting. In any caseI I have booked another car with a more trustworthy company.Follow up on company’s response:Yes, Im sorry too that after a month, unanswered email and 2 phone calls later, it took a negative review for you to actually get back to me about this reservation. This is not how you do business. You had all the chances you needed to do this right. All the best for you!read more

I can't recommend this car rental. I made a reservation for a car. On the pick-up date, I showed up on the company but... nobody was there. I tried to call them but nobody was answering. After a few minutes they called me back and said that there is no car available for today... They said they gave me a cancellation, but they didn't.read more

Nice working with this company! The car was clean , almost new, the personnel acted in a very profesional way, speaking... about "availability" , from picking You up , to droping you to the destination after taking back the car. I hope they will develop more in the future, and their business will grow as healthy as it is right now! Wish them the Best! I'll return certainly If i'll need a car again!read more

Perfection all the way through.We flew in from Budapest after booking a brand new Dacia Logan with 10K kilometers on... board and as the title implies, everything starting from swift paperwork through the owner personally keeping in touch with us and providing us with a baby seat for FREE and finishing with the handover, every aspect of the service is impeccable.They even went out of they way and bought a phone holder (GPS holder) because I mentioned that I don't have one at hand.And all this for a measly 120 euro (including insurance) for a 4 day rent. There was a 50 euro deposit as well but that got re instated as soon as I've handed over the car.A tip from personal experience, buy the insurance. It covers you completely regardless of damage as long as it not pre meditated and intended damage to the car, even if the damage is your fault. Personally it put my mind to ease massively.read more

Great service, friendly staff, clean cars. Rented vehicles come with a full tank. I rented one out for two days, it ran... smoothly, no hickups, no strange noises, no problems. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fast rent with affordable prices.read more

Paul was really helpful and thorough. The car was new, in good shape and easy to drive. And I felt confident that if... anything adverse happened it would be dealt with quickly and fairly. The price was great too - easily the best value in the area - I have tried a few. Also Paul speaks perfect English, which just made everything more straightforward for me.
